New EPA Regulations Raise Production Concerns

Agriculture producers are voicing concerns about a new Environmental Protection Agency "clean air" policy, fearing it will stiffle economic growth. As part of the proposed National Ambient Air Quality Standards, companies must regulate the amount of contaminants released into the air. Oklahoma Farm Bureau Officials say the standards would be impossible to meet in drier regions of the state where it's difficult to control dust.
