Senate subcommittee to continue budget, performance reviews this afternoon

The Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Health and  Human Services held a series of budget and performance hearings this morning, hearing from
representatives from three different agencies.

The subcommittee heard from the Oklahoma Commission on Children and Youth, the Human Rights Commission and the Office of Disability Concerns this morning. The Human Rights Commission did not give a presentation on their fiscal year 2013 budget request because the agency is being consolidated into the Office of the Attorney General.

The subcommittee will continue its hearings at 1 p.m. with a presentation from the Oklahoma Health Care Authority.  For the full story go to www.ecapitol.net
